At VAKI Jewels, every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.

Due to the nature of jewellery:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is received in a damaged or incorrect condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order details
  • Clear photos or videos of the product

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account
