At VAKI, we strive to ensure you love every piece you receive.
1. Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on jewellery items once delivered.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement if applicable.
3. Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Exchange
Currently, we do not offer exchanges.
